1. A.K Hangal
People still remember the famous dialogue of A.K Hangal in Sholay film ‘Itna Sannata Kyun Hai Bhai’. Seeing many old films, Hangal sahib is remembered even today. Hangal sahib had once touched the heights but in the last days there was no money for treatment. He continued working in films till his death but could not save money for his treatment. When Amitabh came to know, he sent the help of 20 lakhs. But Hangal Sahib could not survive. He broke his breath in poverty.
2. Bharat Bhushan
Bharat Bhushan gained a lot of fame from the film “Baiju Bawra” released in the year 1952. He was born in a noble family. He used to have many bungalows in Mumbai. But the beat of time snatched everything from Bharat Bhushan. They had to sell their expensive cars. The films flopped and Bhushan went on auctioning everything. He died in 1992 while battling financial crisis.
3. Vimi
Vimi, who started her career with B.R Chopra’s film “Humraaz”, was called a free-spirited actress. After Humraaz, his next film “Patanga” was a flop. From here the bad phase of Vimi’s life started. Married Vimi accused her husband of assault. The business she did came to a standstill. After this, Vimi became so addicted to alcohol that she died only after selling everything. She died on 22 August 1977 in the General Ward of Nanavati Hospital. When the body could not get even four shoulders, then his body had to be taken on a handcart for the last rites.

4. Bhagwan Dada
Bhagwan Dada, who worked in more than 300 films, is still remembered for his excellent work. The film “Albela” directed by him was very popular not only in India but also in East Africa. But while making the film “Hanste Rehna”, Bhagwan Dada gave his all to this. He had a 25-room bungalow in Juhu right in front of the sea. And he also had seven carts. It’s all sold out. In his last days, he became so poor that he had to live in a chawl.
5. Mahesh Anand
Mahesh Anand, the famous villain of Hindi films, did a tremendous job in films like “Vishwatma” and “Shahenshah”. Apart from Hindi films, he also appeared in Tamil and Telugu films. But despite earning crores, Mahesh Anand was surrounded by poverty. In the end his body was found in very bad condition in the house.
